Valve without contact FCM
The without contact valve FCM100 is a jetting valve for the removal of low to medium viscosity product dots and beads without contact with the substrate. The complete system includes an FCM Medium Drop Valve (240 bar permissible), a valve controller (pedal trigger or 5V signal), as well as fittings, hoses and other accessories.
Generally a tank, a cartridge or a pump ensures the product reserve for this metering valve. The quality of each component of the system, the control and the requirement of their manufacture, ensure a reliable, efficient and durable assembly. Quick and easy to calibrate, the FCM100 non-contact valve is used in automatic applications on platforms.
