Feeder Screw Valve

The SV200 series valves with endless screw have been specifically designed for loaded products, which contains particles and specific thick products that can deteriorate the valve under pressure. The endless screw entails in its nets (of constant size) the product and it is the number of released nets which constitutes the quantity. The very low pressure on the product only serves to drag the product into the nets.

The screw-type valve (or volumetric screw Archimedes), SV200 is an excellent solution for precise dispensing of very small to medium quantities of loaded products, solder pastes, CMS glues, epoxies.This valve allows dispenses of the order of 0.0001cc, with a precision around 3%.

The auger rotation is controlled by a brushless servo motor with a programmable encoder providing 57,000 counts per revolution for a highly controlled process.
The SVX is ideal for dispensing all medium to high viscosity pastes, epoxies, and abrasive compounds in dot and bead patterns and can dispense dots as small as 0.005″ in diameter.
