DOSIS UK offers three ranges of syringes : BarrelDrop Volumetric Syringes, Opti Premium Syringes and Premium Standard Syringes. All our dispensing syringes are available in 3, 5, 10, 30 and 55cc with four types of perfectly adjusted pistons.
BarrelDrop® syringes are designed for high performance, they are compatible with the Precifluid® – Volumetric Dispenser. Their specificity is their rounded shape on the top which allows a perfect fit with the PistonDrop® to ensure precise and homogeneous fluid deposit. This shapes prevents from any loss of product – all the product within the syringe is dispensed, there is no waste.
Available in 3cc, 5cc, 10cc and 30cc – they are certified silicone free and are available in several models:
Clear for general use – ideal for all assembly fluids, with the exception of photosensitive products
Amber – for fluids that begin to cure when exposed to high-intensity lights
Black – to totally block any ray of light

Compatible with our pneumatic dispenser units, the Opti Premium syringes are certified without silicone. They are available in 3cc, 5cc, 10cc and 30cc suitable with OPTI pistons perfectly adjusted to work with different types of fluids.

Our Standards Premium Syringes for your dispensing processes are certified silicone free and have precise proportions that are easy to recognize. Their inside diameter and their length are manufactured with very strict tolerances.
Compatible with our Time/Pressure dispensers, our standard syringes are available in 3cc, 5cc, 10cc and 30cc suitable with different types of pistons perfectly adjusted to work with different types of fluids.

The Stainless Steel needle tips are available in different lengths from 0.25’’ to 1.25’’ and in different gauges from G14 to G32.
These dispensing tips are recommended for low viscosity fluids dispensing.
These needles have been designed for rapid and regular application of medium to high viscosity fluids or particulate-laden products.
Angled stainless steel tips are available in 45° and 90° bends.
The polypropylene cannulas can be cut to the desired length and allow access to areas that are difficult to reach.
These needle tips allow you to dispense in flat cords, pasty products such as mastics, solder paste and epoxies.
The conical shape of the precision needle tips allows the fluid to flow more easily, with very low pressure drops due to the very small and progressive output diameter.
Brush needles tips allow to dispense glues and / or grease with hard or soft bristles and for large or small flow.
