Time/Pressure Dispenser

Dosis UK proposes eight Time/Pressure Dispensers models, which allows you to select the exact features needed to improve your fluid dispensing process. Our 7000 series and ETC dispensers offer the widest range of features.

Air – Pulse Time-Pressure dispensers units are available in a version 0-1 Bar, for highly liquid products, and in 0-7 Bar for all the other products. They benefit from precise pressure adjustment to achieve a constant product flow rate and a setting time from 0.01s. to 60s.

A constant pressure (set on the dispenser) applied on a fluid within the syringe, during a given time (numerical value set on the dispenser) – makes possible to repeatedly dispense the same amount of fluids, on the simple impulse of a foot pedal or finger switch.

The dispenser 200ETC (digital) is calibrated in function of time/pressure and exists in 0-1 bar and in 0-7 bar.
It is equipped with a MAC solenoid valve that optimizes the responsiveness and durability of the dispenser. 200 ETC are recommended for a continuous, repeatable and calibrated dispensing of liquid or pasty fluids of any kind.

The dispensing is calibrated time / pressure. The dispensers 300ETC (digital), they have a fine adjustment of the time / pressure to provide a constant flow of product and a setting of dispense time to the thousandth of a second. They are recommended for the continuous removal of liquid, or pasty fluids of any kind, repetitively and calibrated manner.

Venturi pick-up systems are designed for handling small parts, miniature components such as chips, etc. The Dispenser 7050 is equipped with a vacuum electrovalve with electric actuation by foot pedal pressure.

The 7150 dispenser benefits from an accurate setting of the pressure to obtain a constant flow of the product. The dispensing process is performed with a foot pedal and a calibrated pressure. 7150 dispensers exist in version 0-1 bar for very liquid products and 0-7 bar for the other products.

This 7350 dispenser is calibrated with time/pressure and is available in different versions: 0-1 bar for fluid liquids, and 0-7 bar for other products. It is equiped with a MAC electrovan that provides a constant flow and whose dispensing time can go up to one hundredth of a second.

The 7550 dispenser is a Time/Pressure dispenser and simultaneously a Pick Up dispenser – available in 0-1 bar and 0-7 bar. It possesses a MAC solenoid valve which allows precise dispensing of very small quantities of fluid and simultaneously allows the positioning of small parts by suction (like the Pick Up dispenser).

The foot pedal dispensers are designed to deposit measurable quantities of products with the naked eye. It dispenses fluid by a simple pulse of the foot pedal, which reduces or eliminate manual fatigue of the operator.
